PASTA CU L'AGGHIA E SASIZZA ARRUSTUTA

On 14 August in Buseto Palizzolo, province of Trapani, the Cultural Association "battle plan"in the context of events, organizes the festival of pasta "cu the Haggi and sasizza arrustuta" (pesto alla Trapanese and bratwurst), with tasting yellow Melon and local white wine. The different days are surrounded by dancing, parades with bands Majorettes - traditional games - old crafts of local recovery, ending the night of  15 August with fireworks.

COUS COUS FEST

Cous Cous Fest is the International Festival of cultural integration is an important event which is being renewed for thirteen years, involving in its festive atmosphere all countries of the euro-Mediterranean and beyond. The event, held in San Vito Lo Capo 20 to 25 September 2011, now into its thirteenth edition,. Protagonist cous cous dish rich in history and an element of synthesis of cultures, a symbol of openness, hybridization and contamination.

All in the beautiful setting of this fishing village which with its warm climate, its sea and its beautiful beaches is the ideal location for a little while longer 'a nice relaxing summer holidays. The event is a festive occasion, with the flavors, culinary challenge between chefs, meetings and discussions will alternate performances on stage of Cous Cous Fest numerous international artists.
